If you had previously created a oHealth account on another service offered by the Agora Technologies Group, and now give your consent to oHealth.com’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, your Personally Identifiable Information will be transferred from the Agora Technologies Group Service to oHealth.com, and oHealth.com will use your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with this privacy policy.

If you sign in to your oHealth account on other services offered by the Agora Technologies Group and accept the terms and privacy policy of that Agora Technologies Group Service, you consent to transfer your Personally Identifiable Information from oHealth.com to the Agora Technologies Group Service for use according to that Agora Technologies Group Service’s terms and privacy policy.
